Watch out for the big tuber - they only thicken like this, when have been carefully raised from seeds - most other nurseries will just sell you a rooted cutting, which will never develop this particular part of adeniums beauty.

summer it can be placed as well outside, with temperatures not going below 10°C - In winter give it a winterrest by placing it in a room with temperatures aroun 15°C
Water: in summer very little - in winter practically not at all (winterrest). The plant will eventually react to dryness by shedding it leaves. So don't panic when you get back from a vacation and the plant stands there naked - showing only its caudex. Slowly restart the watering and the plant will cast out again.
Fertilizer: Spring - autumn - fertilize very 3-4 weeks using cactus or flowerfertilizer
