The Leucojum aestivum, also known as summer knot flower, is one of the most charming spring flowers of all. Its elegant, slightly nodding bell-shaped flowers appear in clear white and are decorated with a fine green dot at the end of each petal. This makes each petal look like a small, natural work of art.
This delicate but robust plant loves moist locations and is therefore ideal for areas at the edge of ponds, under bushes or in near-natural gardens. Planted in groups, it creates a picturesque picture of hundreds of small white flowers that gently sway in the spring breeze.
Leucojum aestivum is hardy, long-lived and reliably overgrows over the years – a reliable spring messenger that delights anew every year. Supplied with 20 strong, premium quality bulbs with a diameter of 8–9 cm.
