The Pachycereus pringlei, also affectionately known as the Grey Giant, is an impressive columnar cactus that impresses with its massive, upright growth habit and countless silvery gray spines. With a stately total height of approx. 45-50 cm in a 17 cm pot, this cactus is an impressive eye-catcher. Its striking ribs are densely covered with strong, silver-grey spines, which give the plant its characteristic name. Under optimal conditions, the Grey Giant can grow into a true giant, as can be seen in its native Mexico, where it reaches several meters in height. Despite its impressive size, this cactus is easy to care for and is ideal for sunny spots.
