The Hydrangea (garden hydrangea) is one of the most classic flowering shrubs for the garden, patio and entrance area. Here you get a plant in a 23 cm pot and with a total height of around 55 cm. Each hydrangea already has around 7–12 üppige flowers, which – depending on the variety – can appear in different colors (see picture) and immediately give your garden a romantic, lively touch. The round to slightly variegated flower stems create a harmonious overall impression that can be wonderfully combined with perennials, grasses or evergreen shrubs.
Hydrangea is considered a reliable flowering shrub with a balanced growth habit. The plants develop into stable, well-branched shrubs and harmonize both in the bed and in large containers. A planting distance of around 80 cm creates a loose, yet closed planting that leaves enough room for natural growth. With a regular supply of water and some fertilizer during the flowering season, hydrangeas will thank you for your care with a long flowering season and a strong silhouette that remains attractive even outside the flowering season.
