Robust ground cover with attractive berries - Cotoneaster dammeri "Major"
Cotoneaster dammeri 'Major', also known as creeping or carpet medlar, is an extremely robust and easy-care ground cover that quickly forms dense carpets and is therefore ideal for suppressing weeds. In spring, it adorns itself with small, white flowers, which produce bright red berries in the fall and serve as a food source for birds. The evergreen, glossy leaves retain their color even in winter and ensure an attractive appearance all year round.
